MINUTES OF NORTH COAST OHIO MEETING
Saturday, December 13, 2008

President Walt Stashkiw called the meeting to Order. In excess of fifty (50) NCO members were present to include the officers and directors.

Walt introduced our guests, John Bergstrom and his wife Pat. John  is a vice-president with ACBS and he spoke a few moments about the coming activities of ACBS.

On MOTION made and SECONDED, the regular committee reports were dispensed with, and the election of officers and directors proceeded. No written ballots were received, so on MOTION duly SECONDED, the Secretary was instructed to cast a unanimous ballot for the slate of officers and directors.

Elected by acclamation were, Walt Stashkiw, Jeremy Goldstein, Jack Lynett and John Vorhies for one year terms as officers, and Cliff Wolfe, Don Emery and Marilyn were elected for 3 year terms as Directors.

A MOTION was made and the meeting was adjourned to the awards presentations.
